From here my work spread out - one aspect became 'Box' peices they were about the same size but with little compartments that represented fifferent ideas, thoughts or memories.
The compartments were often filled with toys as often that was all I could find to fit in. The works are made from wood glued or nailed together then painted black and then dry brushed.

The last elements of these I will show you are 2 furniture peices that I had also made. The first is an old kitchen cabinet that I cut in half (halving its breadth) added some cells, roughed it up then painted it.
Dresses 3'x4'x1'
The second is a vanity which was a huge endeavor to make. It all stemmed from a friend who gave me her burnt out light bulb collection.
