Only 2/12 ever swallowed for me. It just so happens that those two were by far the best at fellatio artists I've crossed paths with in my life. They were good eggs.

As a side note, I've only recently realized how, despite the fact that I do not dehumanize women in a social context, women are profoundly dehumanized sexually... so much so, that neither women nor men are really aware of what discrepancy exists in the sexual pleasure attained by the penis vs the vagina.

It isn't entirely that women enjoy sex less; it's more than they are in less a position to pursue that pleasure. This has massive ramifications, it turns out.

Even this thread, for example - how many women swallow during oral sex... in pornography, in circles, in all of this, somehow, the man's pursuit of satisfaction is given more priority over the woman's.

How many threads like this will exist all over the internet in proportion to ones where women are trying to find out how many men allow a woman to smear her vaginal juices all over his face? The satisfaction of being received, accepted, and even asserting dominance is nearly equated yet it is always the man who is put in a position where his pursuit of such human addictions is prioritized over a woman's.... so much so, that a woman might be considered weird, or less feminine for aggressively pursuing it as a man does.

I hear you, but I think that you might be over thinking it. I can only speak for myself; I have never knowingly made a woman blow me if it was something she didn't want to do. Some women like it; others don't. It is just a sexual favor, and as such-- not that big of a deal. I would hope that most guys would be nice enough to return the favor, but then again most dudes I know are total dicks.

It goes beyond you making her do something she doesn't want to do. That's what I mean. The dehumanization is at such a base level that neither you nor her understand that it is happening. She thinks she enjoys giving you a blowjob, and you think you enjoy her enjoying giving you a blowjob. But the part of that that is genuinely as a result of her own sexual desire, and not some bastardized version of natural desire that is based on what makes a woman sexy is questionable.
