I had a short fling with a guy while I was spending the summer with my father in Charlotte, NC 5 years ago. Before I got on the airplane, he said to me, "My beauty's leaving on a jetplane."
Ever since, I've been "JetplaneBeauty", shortened to "Jetplane" and finally to "Jet", as all my friends call me now.

I do not listen.....At least that is what my husband says. Some say I am just hard of hearing because I worked around loud machinery for 8 years. My husband, on the other hand, is pretty sure it is selective hearing. I am not sure it is not a combination of both. Couldn't 15 years with the same person speaking to you daily cause some sort of hearing loss in that particular voice range??????? Just a thought.....
